"Nice at first, but I felt uneasy after paying"
They did help us out and were really nice in the beginning, which I appreciated. But after we paid, I started feeling a bit unsure because the communication didn’t feel as clear, and it made me question whether everything would be handled properly.

"Online Tickets Didn’t Help Much!!"
I thought buying tickets online would make getting in way faster... but it was still slow and kind of annoying!! The line moved way less smoothly than I expected, so yeah... not the best experience!!!

"Fun for the kids, but I’m not sure it was worth the cost"
The kids really liked seeing the animals, so that part was definitely a win. But the lines were long, and once we paid for everything, the prices started to add up more than I expected. Maybe we just went on a busy day, I don’t know, but the staff also seemed kind of stressed. Overall, it was fine, but I’m not totally sure I’d rush back.

"Pretty disappointing visit"
It was way too crowded when I went, and the animals just looked tired and bored. Not saying it’s a scam, but for what you pay, I expected a better experience and a little more care put into the animals’ environment.

"Really fun school tour, even though we usually stick with our favorite spot"
I’ll be honest, we normally go with the same place for school outings because it’s always been our go-to, so I wasn’t sure how this one would compare. But the kids had such a great time. They learned a lot without it feeling like a lesson, and feeding the animals was definitely their favorite part. It might have made us rethink our usual choice!

"Surprisingly Easy Parking"
We visited on a busy weekend, so I was fully prepared for parking to be a headache. it ended up being way easier than I expected. There was plenty of space in the lot, the signs were easy to follow, and we didn’t have to do that stressful circling around with the kids getting impatient in the car. Leaving was smooth too, which I really appreciated after spending the whole day at the farm. It was such a relief that parking wasn’t the stressful part of the trip.

"Better organized than I expected"
I went to one of their events with my kids, it was smoother than I thought it would be. With a big crowd, I was expecting parking to be a hassle and the lines to drag, but parking was handled well, the lines moved quickly, and the staff actually knew where to direct everyone. It was definitely busy, but it never felt chaotic. We ended up having a really nice day...

"Not Worth the Price"
The prices felt way too high for what we actually got. I don’t know who decided this was a fair value, but whoever runs this really needs to rethink what they’re charging.

"Checkout worked, but it was more stressful than it needed to be"
My payment went through fine, so no major issue there, but the checkout process felt slower than I expected and had a few extra steps that stressed me out a bit. I just wanted to place the order quickly, and it ended up feeling more annoying than it should have. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be smoother.

"Helpful updates before visiting"
I really appreciate that Underwood Family Farms keeps their crop availability updated. It makes it so much easier to check before driving out, especially if we’re looking for strawberries or pumpkins. Things can change quickly, but that’s just how farming goes. I always find it worth checking the site first. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Fresh food, nice drinks"
I’m a bit tired of places making the whole dining experience feel like a hassle, so it was nice that the food was fresh and the drinks were actually good. Nothing over the top, just a solid, easy meal.

"Always Something Fresh"
I stop in here often because there’s always a good mix of fresh stuff, and I usually end up finding something I wasn’t even looking for. It’s a nice little place to browse. Then boom, suddenly I’m leaving with a bag full of things and no regrets.

We had a fun day overall, but I do kind of regret not realizing how little shade there would be. Seating was limited too, so with the kids and the heat, everyone got tired faster than expected. Nice place, just wish there were more shaded areas to take a break.

I’m a little confused because I expected it to be fresh, but it showed up wilted and kind of mushy. Not really sure if it was a storage issue or what, but it definitely wasn’t in great shape.

Just a heads up for anyone using the site: the information is there, but finding things like hours and event details took more clicks than I expected. On my phone, a few pages felt crowded too, which made it harder to scan quickly. It’s not awful, but I’d be prepared to spend a little extra time looking around.

"Felt Safe Bringing the Kids"
We went with our kids and I felt good about the whole safety setup. The staff were actually paying attention and walking around, not just standing there like at some places. Even when it got busier, the play areas and animal areas still felt organized and watched. It made it a lot easier to relax and let the kids have fun, definitely felt better than...

The place was generally clean, but there were a few areas that really needed some fixing up. I mentioned it, but felt kind of dismissed, like it wasn’t a big deal. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I left feeling like my concerns didn’t really matter

"Busy Day, But Still Well Managed"
We went on a busy day, and the lines moved better than I expected. The staff did a good job keeping everyone spread out and letting people know where to go, which made it feel a lot less chaotic. For other families, I’d say it’s nice that the kids still had room to move around and we never felt like we were stuck in one place for too long.

"We use our passes all the time"
We got the family pass this year and, it’s been totally worth it. The kids ask to go constantly, even on days when we only end up staying for an hour or two.
Check-in is usually quick, the staff are friendly, and there’s always something to keep them busy. It’s just an easy go-to spot, especially when we all need to get out of the house for a bit.
